Meet Nik, the Co-founder and Managing Director of ERM. With almost three decades of experience, Nik has successfully delivered Transport Infrastructure projects on a global scale, leaving his mark in Australia, Canada, USA, Papua New Guinea, Chile, Africa, and Asia.

Nik's academic journey reflects his commitment to excellence, holding a Master's in Geology (Research), a Masters in Pavement Technology, and a Master's in Information Technology and Project Management, complemented by a Bachelor's in Geology with 1st Class Honours. His credentials also include RMS accreditations as a Slope Risk Assessor and Culvert Risk Assessor, along with memberships in professional organizations such as the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

With a wealth of experience in project management, design, and construction, he brings a unique perspective to every project and is able to anticipate constructability issues, challenge designs and provide practical solutions that deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders..

John's qualifications underscore his commitment to professional excellence. Holding esteemed designations such as Chartered Project Manager, Chartered Civil Engineer, APEC Engineer, and International Professional Engineer, coupled with a dual Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management, John embodies a rare synergy of technical proficiency and managerial expertise.

His professional journey extends beyond traditional roles, as evidenced by his exploratory study on digital technologies and project leadership (Digital Transformation in Business and Society Chapter 15, pp. 247-271 | 2019).
